Saishang Group is a comprehensive enterprise with a registered capital of over 280 million yuan. Our business covers multiple areas including dairy product research and development, production, sales, and animal husbandry technology, etc.

We own several subsidiaries, including Ningxia Saishang Dairy Co., Ltd., Ningxia Saishang Jinhe Co., Ltd., Hulunbuir Saishang Dairy Co., Ltd., and Ningxia Saishang Dairy Husbandry Technology Co., Ltd. Through a diversified business layout and integrated industrial chain, Saishang Group has established a full-chain development model spanning from animal husbandry to dairy processing, continuously enhancing our market competitiveness and brand influence.

 We have long-term engaged  foreign experts and collaborations with institutions such as China Agricultural University and the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences to provide comprehensive technical support ranging from factory design to process development. We successfully developed "milk protein concentrates" and became the first enterprise in China to apply membrane technology to deep dairy processing, becoming the first domestic company to successfully produce high-value-added dairy ingredients. The relevant project was included in the National "12th Five-Year Plan" Science and Technology Support Program. Building on this foundation, we developed technologies to produce ambient  whipping cream, becoming the first enterprise in China to independently develop and produce ambient-stable UHT whipping cream.

Saishang Group adheres to high-standard quality management principles. Our factory design complies with FDA standards, and production follows GMP regulations. We have obtained certifications including FSSC22000, BRCGS, HACCP, and ISO9001.

Saishang Dairy places great emphasis on talent development. Among the full-time R&D personnel, approximately 70% hold master's or doctoral degrees. The company is supported by a strong technical team composed of scientists from the National Dairy Industry System, foreign experts, and an innovative team specializing in dairy processing technology.

Many members of Saishang's R&D technical team have received honors such as Sai Shang Elite of the Autonomous Region, Young Top Talent of the Autonomous Region, Ningxia Young Science and Technology Talent, Yinchuan Leading Talent in Science and Technology Innovation, Yinchuan Top and Scarce Talent, and Yinchuan Academic Technology Leader.

Yan Jianguo, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Ningxia Saishang Dairy Group, holds multiple positions including Deputy Director of the China Dairy Products Deep Processing Professional Committee, Executive Vice President of the Ningxia Dairy Industry Association, and President of the Ningxia Food Industry Association. He also serves as Vice Chairman of the Ningxia Federation of Industry and Commerce and is a Deputy to the Yinchuan Municipal People's Congress.

He has received accolades including being named an "Advanced Individual in the National Spark Program" by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Agriculture, an "Advanced Worker in the National Dairy Industry," and an "Advanced Individual in the Fight Against COVID-19" in the Ningxia Region. His contributions have also been recognized through his inclusion in the publication ”Chinese Century Experts”.

In the field of scientific research, he has led national science and technology support projects during the "12th Five-Year Plan" period as well as several key research and development projects at the autonomous region level. He has been awarded two provincial and ministerial-level prizes for scientific and technological progress, has applied for and been granted 15 invention patents, and has participated in the formulation of four national and industry group standards. Through these efforts, he has accumulated profound scientific research and practical experience in the field of dairy deep processing.

In 1998 and 2010, he founded the "Jinhe" and "Saishang" brands respectively, leading his team to complete over 100 self-developed research projects. The results of these projects have been widely applied in areas such as yogurt, cheese, and milk protein powder, generating a cumulative output value of 8 billion RMB. He established China's first production base for milk protein and milk fat, pioneering the application of membrane technology in dairy deep processing. This successfully reversed the domestic industry's dependence on imported high-end dairy ingredients, advancing China's dairy deep processing technology by approximately 15 years and enabling it to compete at an international level.

Over his 25 years, he has actively explored mechanisms to align the interests of the industrial chain, promoting the integration of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries. By restructuring rural production relationships, he established a new model of shared risk and mutual benefit between enterprises and dairy farmers. Through these efforts, he has made significant contributions to the structural upgrading and high-quality development of the dairy industry in Ningxia and across China.
